In my graduation project, ‘Arctic Symphony’, the medium of photography became a useful tool, offering a window into the topics of my research about the dynamics of time, decay, and production. The selected images, all rooted in nature, are spanning a range between intimate close-ups and broader captures. The close-ups spotlight the delicate interplay of elemental forces, such as the mingling of sand and water. These images
capture the dance of nature, where every grain and droplet tells a story of motion, change, and resilience. On the other end, the broader captures, frame structures and landscapes that have gracefully, or sometimes dramatically, surrendered or transformed with the passage of time. This collection not only served as a source of inspiration but also as a reminder of the ceaseless transformative force that time is. These photographs, with their visual stories of both the micro interactions and macro changes, complement the narrative of ‘Arctic Symphony’.
